| We've had Lingo service for about 2 years now after initial setup problems we had no issues whatsoever and the voice quality is very excellent (compared to other VOIP like Skypeout & Vonage). Customer service was very good - I was rarely on hold and in most cases received satisfactory and knowledgeable answers from friendly staff. Would recommend this service to people with reliable internet access. I couldn't imagine myself without it today! |

| We had used SunRocket for nearly 1 year prior to their shut-down. SunRocket did give me some headaches especially at first until the finally replaced the adaptor (Gizmo). My wife really wanted to keep the VoIP service to keep the costs down. After much research we decided to try Lingo and I am really pleased. We were able to make some calls but noticed the caller-ID we sent was from another area code (turned-out it was Nashville). A call into Tech Support got the issue resolved promptly. I was able to immediately get a Tech Rep on the phone without waiting on hold. I have been able to verify access into my business conference call line, corporate voice mail system (sometimes SunRocket didn't work on these). As part of my research into alternative VoIP providers I called their tech support lines, if long they were eliminated. My collegue signed up for ViaTalk over two weeks ago and still hasn't received his phone adaptor. THANKS Lingo, you've made an excellent first impression with me! |

| I have had lingo for 2 years, At the beginning it was ok, then the service started to get better. I couldn't be happier with this service. It is cheap, the quality is awesome, and we are just plain thrilled with it. Keep on Rocking Lingo! |

| I've had Lingo for about 1 year. I've had a myriad of issues, but can safely say 100% of them can be blamed on the poor cable internet I had at my old house. Since I moved 2 months ago to a house with better coax wiring, I've had no problems. Call quality is great, their customer service is good, and I love the price. I work from home a lot and spend hours on the phone on long distance calls and it has been terrific. One thing that has made my voip experience better is connecting my voip router to my existing home phone wiring- this way I can plug a phone into any existing phone jack. Check into this- works like a charm. |

| I have used lingo for 1.5 years. There have been some problems, but mostly they have been the result of the high speed internet access provided in my apartment building as part of the montly rent. The router used to direct internet access to my apartment had a gaming function that had to be disabled to get stable performance. Customer service has always been a helpful as possible. It really saves us money calling parents in the US. I use all that extra money for having fun in Naples! |

| I originally signed up for Lingo because my brother had it and it was one of the few that services our area code. I own a business and was looking for VOIP that allowed me to set call forwarding schedules to my cell phone during customer support hours, plus I was looking for an inexpensive toll free solution. Lingo provides me with both features. At first the Lingo website assigned me primary and toll free numbers that were alrady taken, I called customer support and they were able to get me new numbers and even called me a couple weeks later to verify the Toll Free number was working properly. At this point, it has been 3 months since signing up and I recieve about 10 forwarded customer calls a day, I have had no problems and am very happy. I would highly recommend Lingo to everyone! |

| Lingo is the best! I can call my family in Mexico as much as I want and only pay the $21.95 month fee. I let friends come over and they pay me to call there families in mexico too. I give them good deal. Viva La Lingo! |
